Quickie Trip to Utah
General Conference beckoned us and we went... at least 3 of us did. Wade unfortunately had to stay behind to work on the rate case. We had great fun with Emmaleigh in Provo. Jayson joined us. We had a fun afternoon on campus. Visited Bridal Veil Falls. Saw another BYU football game... this time in Cougar stadium. And of course conference... the reason we went. It was certainly a tender mercy to be sitting in the conference center when President Monson announced the new Ft. Lauderdale temple. I wept and so did many others surrounding me in our Florida section and back at home. I had just previously had a thought flash across my mind... What if he announces a temple closer to us. Tender mercy indeed.

Love the cruise pictures! It makes me antsy to get on a boat again soon. Glad you were able to get away as a family and enjoy some time together. It seems those moments are getting fewer and farther between these days for all of us. Can't wait to see you all in a few more weeks. :D
